Home Inspection Services

A+ Home Inspections every time!

  • The inspector will carefully examine all systems of the home, including roof, siding, windows and doors, garage, conditions around the grounds, heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, basement, attic, etc., and will answer all of your questions.
  • You will receive a detailed report, with excellent photos, outlining the results of the inspection as discussed on site.

Radon air testing service

  • Radon is a naturally occurring gas that you can’t see or smell.  According to the CDC, radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer after smoking.  If radon is detected, radon mitigation systems are relatively simple and not cost prohibitive to install.
Well water testing service
  • Laboratory analysis includes mineral content, pH level, presence of bacteria, lead, and radon in water.
  • Optional additional water testing – Arsenic and Uranium, Pesticides, VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds)
Drinking water testing service
  • Prior to 1986, lead was used as an ingredient in the solder in copper piping installation, therefore it is recommended to test for lead.
Termite and other Wood Destroying Insects inspection
  • The inspector will perform a visual inspection of the entire home, looking for evidence of termites and other wood destroying insects, such as damaged or hollow wood, mud shelter tubes, frass, insect parts and evidence of past treatment.
  • Final Walkthrough Inspection – This is an abbreviated inspection of the house, to make sure there are no leaks and nothing has changed since the time of the original inspection of the house.  This is typically done the day of closing. Inquire for pricing and availability.
  • Pre-listing/market-ready inspection –  Get your house inspected before listing it for sale, to address certain concerns, and/or have some anticipation of what may be found when a buyer has an inspection of their own done on your house.
